What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Kelowna and the surrounding Okanagan area such as Vernon, Peachland, Summerland, Penticton and Osoyoos. For moves outside this area, contact us for availability and pricing.

How much notice do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak moving season (spring and summer). However, we also accept last-minute and same-day moves if our schedule allows.

• Labor-Only Services – You provide the truck, trailer, or storage container, and we provide the muscle for loading/unloading.

• Furniture Assembly & Disassembly – We can carefully take apart and reassemble beds, tables, desks, and other large furniture items to make your move smoother.

Yes, KTown Moving Helpers is fully insured for your peace of mind. We handle your belongings with care, but in the rare case of damage, you’re covered.
